ANN MILLER, the founding member of the firm, is a 1968 graduate of Wellesley College and a 1977 graduate of Villanova Law School. She is admitted to the bars of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. While at Villanova University Law School she co-authored An Example of Judicial Legislation: The Third Circuit's Expansion of the Freedom of Information Act to Include Union Authorization Cards, 23 Villanova L. Rev. 751 (1977-78).
Ms. Miller has substantial trial and appellate court experience prosecuting complex commercial, employment and consumer litigation. Among the representative cases Ms. Miller has had a substantial role in prosecuting are the following:
